2024 Insurance Updates
USASA has switched over to 2024 for Certificates of Insurance - teams can submit their COI requests at any time for 2024 field coverage.
The COI request form and process can be found on our website: https://www.cssasoccer.com/page/show/1671556-insurance.
Coverage is provided on a calendar year basis, so any COIs issued at this time will be valid January - December 2024.
