Play Adult Soccer in Connecticut

Adult soccer in Connecticut is organized through affiliated leagues supported by the Connecticut State Soccer Association (CSSA). Whether you’re new to the game or a longtime player, CSSA helps ensure that adult soccer is accessible, organized, and played under consistent standards statewide.

How It Works

Find a League

CSSA affiliates with adult leagues across Connecticut. Choose a league based on your location, age group, and level of play.

Register

Players register directly with their chosen league. Registration includes eligibility tracking and insurance coverage for sanctioned play.

Play

Once registered, you’re eligible to participate in CSSA-sanctioned matches, leagues, and competitions throughout the state.
